Contract #4: Furnish All Equipment, Materials and Labor for Superpave overlay paving for two Pickleball Courts in Roof Park. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Fairview Township. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% (ten per cent) of the total bid, made payable to Fairview Township. Payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidders within 20 days after Notice of Intent of Award. Fairview Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals. Fairview Township shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, or shall reject any and all bids, within thirty (30) days following the bid opening.
