In order to ensure the proper control of the bidder's list, and proper legal distribution of required Addenda and Clarifications, Bid Documents must be procured through the portal of Solutions Architecture portal, located in the BidBox Tab. Contractors must register with the site to be included on the current bidder's list, so that any and all updates (addenda, clarifications, modifications) can be provided in writing in a timely manner. Should the Bid Documents be procured through other, outside agencies, the obligation for receipt of all updated documentation and potential risk of disqualification, for not having it, will rest with the contractor.
