Scope also includes Alternates for Contract "A" which includes removal and replacement of (17) UVs at Hubbard & Tisdale as well as Lighting replacements at Eric Smith & High School. Scope also includes Alternates for Contract "B" which includes general contractor work relating to removal of existing perimeter built in casework, patching and finishing of flooring and wall finishes exposed by the removal of casework and UVs at the 17 Alternate locationes noted in Contract A, and new metal pipe covers at these locations.
