**As of March 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project consists of property development and new building for St. Ignace EMS Council. One story, slab on grade building, 3,137 sq. ft. apparatus bay (garage area) and 4,728 sq. ft. office/housing area (7,865 sq. ft. total). DEPOSIT: 5% of bid amount Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
