For 2261 Spring Grove Avenue Building Demolition Questions Deadline January 13, 2023 This is an online bid and is divided into three (3) Sections. Section One is the Bid information and does not need to be returned. Section Two is the Forms and questionnaires that MUST be completed. Section Three is the Excel pricing sheets and MUST be completed in the highlighted areas (yellow) and returned as an attachment with the signed forms in Section Two. In VSS you will only need to enter the Unofficial Total on line one. Section Four is the Special Provisions and Drawings All bidders will be subject to the provisions of the US Federal Government and/or the State of Ohio programs regarding equal employment opportunity and disadvantaged businesses. Failure of a bidder to comply with these requirements shall be cause for rejection of the bid. Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) DBE Goal of 5% is the percent of the awarded Contractor's bid which must be subcontracted to certified ODOT DBE firms. The bidder is required to complete and sign ODOT's LPA Template Required Contract Provisions as required and return it with the bid or your bid will be considered non-responsive. Only contractors that are pre-qualified by ODOT for the type of work specified are eligible to submit bids for this project.
