**As of January 27, 2023, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for furnishing and applying pavement line striping and pavement marking as specified within. The RCKC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities and to award the proposal(s) they deem in the best interest of the RCKC. Work under this contract shall consist of furnishing and applying uniformly retro- reflectorized pavement makings of the type specified herein and at the specific locations designated by the Project Manager or designee. All materials and placement thereof shall be in accordance with MDOT specifications and shall meet MDOT specified reflectivity specifications. The RCKC retains the option of measuring the retroreflectivity readings of the pavement marking applied by the Contractor. Requests for interpretation or further information by contractors contemplating submitting a Proposal should be submitted in writing via email directed to jhoekstra@kalamazoocountyroads.com five (5) working days prior to the proposal submittal due date.
