The project is expected to be awarded latye next month** DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the Southland Park Stormwater Improvements Project -Phase 2. Major Work items in this Contract include: 1. Installation of new storm sewers, sanitary sewers, concrete and asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and related appurtenances for the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government. 2. The Contractor shall include all materials, labor and equipment necessary for completion of the Project. The Contract Documents are intended to provide the basis for proper completion of the work suitable for the intended use of the Owner. Anything not expressly set forth but which is reasonably implied or necessary for proper performance of the Project shall be included. 3. The following major Work items are included in the Contract: a) Removal of existing trees necessary to construct the project b) Storm and sanitary sewer piping and structures c) Site paving - asphalt milling and overlay, and driveway entrances d) Replacement and installation of new sidewalks, curbs, and gutters e) Site restoration
