Completion Date: The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 18, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Article 15 of the General Conditions on or before December 13, 2024. Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: Buried concrete tank extensions for the existing four (4) buried tanks, new internal tank piping, new solids mixing and conveying pumps with associated piping and valves, a new precast concrete dual truck receiving bay, site/civil and pavement improvements, new truck load-out piping, new truck scale, new odor control system, new HVAC system for the administration building, and all other associated civil, process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation and control work. Additional Description: Project includes 3 Alternates: 1. Change relocation of existing truck scale to furnish and install new truck scale. 2. Add interior coating to new truck bay and screen room. 3. Cost adjustment requested to change from cement lined DIP to SCH 80 PVC in certain areas.
