Site Directions: City of Independence Wastewater Treatment Plant 490 Ash Street Independence, OR 97351 The work includes removing approximately 1,600 dry tons of Class B municipal biosolids from two clay-lined wastewater lagoons located at the Independence Wastewater Treatment Plant (490 Ash Street, Independence, OR 97351). The solids content of the sludge ranges from 2% to 4%. Upon removal, the biosolids shall be screened, dewatered, and hauled to an approved landfill for disposal. Payment will be done by the bone-dry ton and hauled as explained in the request for proposal documents. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2023
