Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Owen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 33,254-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Proposed Maintenance & Storage Facility Direct all questions to Nick Anderson by email nick@bosonco.com. Deadline for submission of questions to be answered by addendum is 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday January 18, 2023. It is the intention of this solicitation for bids to select contractors to complete the scope of work for this project. The owner will make the selection that is most beneficial for the projects and will include analysis of price and proposed schedule and/or any other items deemed appropriate. The owner may accept or reject any bid(s) at its sole option. The Boson Company will hold the contract with the successful bidder. Work is scheduled to begin Spring 2023, and the selected contractors must have the equipment and manpower readily available.
