Site work and paving for a civil project in Owen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: Water Main (6" and 8") and Appurtenances 625 lf Sanitary Sewer (8") and Appurtenances 424 lf Storm Sewer (12" - 18") and Appurtenances 1,410 lf Excavation 1,620 cy Excavation, Pond 4,000 cy Geogrid 3,050 sy Breaker Stone Subbase (12") 1,020 cy Crushed Aggregate Base (9") 770 cy Hot Mix Asphalt (3") 2,550 sy Traffic Control 1 ls Riprap, Medium 60 sy Topsoil, Turf, Grass Restoration 5,000 sy The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The City of Owen reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
