Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Murray, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of February 24, 2023, project was awarded to Black Forest, awarded amount is $606,634.80. This project includes three payment schedules of collector roads with both 3 and 2 rotomilling, placement of 3 bituminous concrete pavement, and the removal and replacement of PCCP panels. This project includes three payment schedules of collector roads with both 3" and 2" rotomilling, placement of 3" bituminous concrete pavement, and the removal and replacement of PCCP panels. The total quantities are estimated at 423,600 SF of mill (321,800 SF is 3" mill, 37,100 SF is adjacent to railroad), 7,850 Tons of bituminous overlay (690 Tons is adjacent to railroad), and 8,630 SF of PCCP panel replacement. Also included are pedestrian ramp improvements, limited curb and gutter replacement and sidewalk/pedestrian improvements. A portion of mill and overlay will be in the vicinity of UTA and Union Pacific Railroad crossing. Permitting and coordination with the railroad will need to be performed. Cashier or certified check or bid bond made payable to Murray City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. 1.
