Site work and paving for a road / highway in Murray, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes low production asphalt patch work (hand patching), crack sealing, Type II slurry seal of approximately 100,000 yd2 of roadway, some asphalt polymer treatment and 4,800 yd2 Type III micro-surface seal of selected roads and related work. Spot replacement of curb and gutter at low spots on residential roads may be required. 1. Bid forms provided. 2. Cashier or certified check or bid bond made payable to Murray City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. 1. Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, both in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the proposal. 2. Copy of Current Business License. 3. Copy of State Registration and/or License. If all required documents are not provided, the Bid will be disqualified. Murray City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informalities in any bid, as its best interest appear.
