** As of September 19, 2024 project has been awarded to PETER'S HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING with an awarded amount of $29,723 .** The City of Columbia, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to procure all materials and labor to install a turnkey heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the Gans Creek XC Race Headquarters Building at Gans Creek Recreation Area, 3360 East Gans Road, Columbia, MO 65201. Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, guaranteeing faithful compliance with all requirements of the contract documents and complete fulfillment of the contract, including payment of all labor, material, and other bills made in carrying out this contract. City of Columbia, Parks and Recreation staff is constructing the race headquarters building and shall be the acting general contractor, coordinating all phases of the project.
