Renovation of a stadium in Lindon, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Lindon City is requesting bids for the construction of the Lindon Horse Arena Improvements - 2023 project. Question Submission Close Date 1/7/2023 12:00 AM MST The Project includes the following Work: Removal of approximately 928 linear feet of existing arena railing and posts. Removal of: six light poles, six tree stumps, existing concrete bleacher pad, approximately 535 square feet of guardrail retaining walls, above-ground irrigation. Installation of approximately 1210 linear feet of new arena panels and gates. Lindon City has already purchased these materials from Powder River, located in Provo, UT. The contractor will need to haul the materials to the site. Installation of four new 30' light poles with luminaires, including constructing the foundations. Construction of a new bleacher pad. Installation of a new sprinkler system. Stockpiling and spreading 6" of existing arena sand. Installation of approximately: 376 tons of new sand 619 tons of hardpac, 3/8" minus 1861 tons of 1-1/2" unwashed rock 3556 square yards of filter fabric Construction of approximately 752 square feet of block retaining walls. Project electrical work including: Running new power service from Main Street Wiring for light poles Wiring for sprinklers Question Submission Close Date 1/7/2023 12:00 AM MST
