As of March 15, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. All construction work is to be started within 30 days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and substantially completed by within 60 of the contractor beginning work. Any work required with weather limitations, such as seeding and mulching and asphalt, is to be completed by 60 days after Notice to Proceed. SITE VISIT All bidders shall visit the site for the purpose of reviewing the conditions and to resolve any questions in the bid documents Copley Township is seeking bids related to the construction of a public parking lot on land leased from Copley-Fairlawn Middle School. Copies of construction documents can be shared with any interested party by contacting Copley Township at 330-666-0108 or visiting Copley Town Hall.
