Bidders must be properly licensed for the work in accordance with Section 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. Bids may not be withdrawn or changed for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
