Ventilation Upgrades to Whitestone Public School located at 9 Moore Drive in Dunchurch Ontario. Work includes but is not limited too: 1. Mechanical: a. Install indoor vertical ERV units (2) (Classrooms) complete with ductwork, grilles, diffusers, duct mounted electric heating coils control, roof hoods, etc. b. Install outdoor roof mounted horizontal ERV units (1) (Gym Area) complete with ductwork, remote duct mounted electric coils, grilles, diffusers, heating coil control. c. Provide ERV unit enclosure/closets/(classroom areas) - see architectural drawings. d. Upgrade some T-bar ceilings, provide bulkheads - see architectural drawings. Remove and re-install existing light fixtures, fire alarm and other devices - as per electrical drawings. e. Upgrade incoming electrical service to accommodate ERV units included electric heating coils loads - see electrical drawings. f. Air balance entire HVAC system after work completion. g. Install steel lintels above ducts penetrating outside walls, roof mounted frames, structural supports for ERV #3 and others as shown on structural drawings. h. Perform any other work required by this contract. 2. Electrical: a. Coordinate Electrical service upgrades with Hydro One. b. Extend overhead feeder from point of demarcation to weather head. c. Replace fuses in disconnects with current limiting fuses as shown on drawings. d. Provisions for power to all the new mechanical equipment. e. Remove power to existing exhaust fan on gymnasium for installation of new ERV#3. f. Disconnect and reconnect exhaust fan for replacement located in corridor as shown on drawings.
