The full amount of the deposit will be returned to all bidders providing the plans and specifications are returned to the Construction Manager in satisfactory condition within seven (7) days after the bid date. The deposit will also be returned to the successful bidder. Additional complete sets may be purchased at the bidder's expense. The electrical scope of work shall include, but is not limited to the following major components, products and complete operable systems: 1. Electric distribution system including feeders, disconnects, etc. 2. Convenience and power outlet systems. 3. Grounding systems. 4. Power connections to all heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment except where noted otherwise. 5. Branch circuit conduit and wire. 6. Surface mounted raceway systems. 7. Electrical system seismic protection. 8. Conduit fire stop devices. 9. Alterations and additions to existing electrical systems. 10. Demolition - salvaged materials. 11. Continuity of Service. Questions relating to Bidding Documents, Plans and Specifications shall be submitted only by bona fide bidders for the various Bid Packages, (Section 00 00 06, BID PACKAGES): 1.
