Renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Replacement of Cabinets in Ceramic Room at Robert McQueen High School Scope of Work: Demolition of existing cabinetry. Demolition of existing sinks, clay traps, piping and accessories. Fabrication and installation of new cabinetry. Installation of new sinks, clay traps, piping and accessories. Minor finish work for patching of walls and floor as required to bring site back to original condition etc. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractors License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS.
