Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to install approximately 350 linear feet of cured in place pipe lining to rehabilitate and extend the lifespan of the existing 4" second floor sewer piping, and includes camera scoping and pipe preparation as specified herein at the Federal Building/US Post Office/Courthouse in Pierre, South Dakota, in accordance with attached solicitation/agreement. NOTE: -Reference Part II of the solicitation C201 for instructions on submitting proposals. -There will not be a formal bid opening. -Offer amount must be for ENTIRE project to be considered for award. The offered price shall include any applicable taxes and fees. -All contractors submitting a proposal MUST have an ACTIVE registration in SAM.gov. Contractors that are unregistered or have inactive profiles cannot be considered for award. -Notice to proceed with work on site will be issued once security clearances are in place. -Face coverings may be required for all persons entering/working in the building depending on local COVID-19 transmission rates The estimated price range for the Project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
