Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
All Bids submitted must be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base Bid which shall be in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form provided in these Bidding Documents), Cashier's Check, Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or other instrument approved in advance by the City. Prior to submittal of the Bid the City Treasurer must approve both the financial institution and text of a Letter of Credit. A Cashier's Check or a Certificate of Deposit shall be payable to the City Treasure Technical questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 pm, Wednesday December 4, 2024, c/o Mallie Hare. Addendum will be issued on or about December 11, 2024. Properly signed, dated, and sealed Performance and Maintenance Bond and Payment Bond City desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The City will determine the Lowest, Responsible and Responsive Bid. The City may reject any or all bids.
