Replace air coolers and chillers at Kate Waller Barrett (KWBES) Elementary School. Bidders must be prequalified as mechanical contractors as per Stafford County Public Schools (Stafford Schools) The WORK of this contract is titled Replace Air Cooled Chillers for Kate Waller Barrett Elementary and is described in the Contract Documents including the plans and specifications and shall be referred to for detailed requirements of the work involved. The WORK generally includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Replace two existing air-cooled chillers. 2. Replace three pumps and add a standby building pump. 3. Provide new piping as indicated. 4. Rework existing controls as required for new work and revised sequences. 5. Remove abandoned fuel oil equipment. 6. Provide associated electrical work as required.
