Description

Renovation of a military facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,250-square-foot military facility.

This project will renovate the 9,250 sq ft interior space of the existing Express in building #2306. The interior of the existing retail area will be reconfigured to accommodate three food concepts (CHOPZ, PAVO, and EPTTG). The project includes all interior modifications, finishes and required equipment to meet current marketing standards. If acceptable bids are received, the existing adjacent mall will get polished concrete flooring, paint, ceiling acoustical panels and LED fixtures. The Contractor will commence work within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed, shall prosecute work diligently, and shall complete the work within 90 calendar days after date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The time for completion Includes final clean-up of premises. The construction period will be 90 calendar days. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
