CPS Energy is seeking a Company to provide Natural Gas Field Inspection Services for a three (3) year term. CPS Energy requires field inspection services to observe and document that the construction, maintenance and the installation of CPS Energy Gas Distribution and Transmission facilities are performed and documented in accordance with CPS Energys specifications and requirements as well as federal, state, local and industry codes, standards and recommended practices including, but not limited to, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 192, Transportation of Natural and Other Gas By Pipeline, including subparts dealing with Operator Qualifications, Pipeline Integrity, and the Texas Railroad Commission Pipeline Safety Rules. Submittals are due no later than the date and time posted. CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late submittals.
