The City is seeking a Proposer(s) to provide Design Support Services for the design of the Recycled Water System Expansion Project associated with the award of the Department of Water Resources - Urban and Multibenefit Drought Relief Grant (Grant). The Project involves the design of a pump station and associated pipelines and is expected to be completed by July 1st, 2023. A design consultant has been selected for the design of the Project and a contract will be awarded in early February 2023. The selected Proposer(s) for this RFP will provide topographic surveying & mapping, geotechnical drilling & investigation, and potholing services, as described in the attached scopes of work. Proposers may choose to propose on each service individually or as a combination. The Proposal shall include the following: o Company description and qualifications; o Project understanding and approach to work; o Personnel organization chart and resumes. Only provide resumes of key personnel (at least 10% of the total man-hours); provide name of any sub consultants; o References (3) and a list of three similar projects; o Scope of Work with itemized tasks; o Schedule; and o Estimate of labor and cost (include in separate sealed envelope). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
