This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the "District") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP 23-001 Saanich Parks, Recreation & Community Services Comprehensive Direction & Actions Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars. The District of Saanich Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department (PRCS) is developing a new PRCS Comprehensive Direction & Actions Plan to guide the department's work for the next ten (10) years. PRCS intends to engage the services of a professional consultant or consulting team to lead PRCS through a planning process that confirms the Department's vision and develops an integrated Actions Plan that knits together a diverse set of existing departmental strategies. It is anticipated that the successful proponent will commence work right after the contract awarded, with final Deliverables completed by February 2024. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
