Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 39,961-square-foot educational facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
For Roof Replacement/Repair at MLK WAREHOUSE The Longview Independent School District will receive competitive sealed proposals for Roof Replacement/Repair at MLK WAREHOUSE. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Proposals. By submission of his/her Proposal, Offeror agrees to waive all rights to claims against the District, or persons authorized by the District, for any damages whatsoever arising from the Owner s or said persons evaluation of the Offeror s Proposal and/or qualifications to perform this specified project. No Offeror may withdraw his Proposal within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All questions regarding the plans or specifications for this project shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer. Any changes to the proposal must be executed by an addendum. All questions regarding the Competitive Sealed Proposal submission(s) shall be directed to Mr. Mike Gipson at Longview ISD at mgipson@lisd.org.
