Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond such as the form provided in the bid documents, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with terms as specified in his/her proposal and agreed upon by City Council. Bidders will be required to comply with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code, pertaining to wages and hours on public works.
