THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF: The demolition of existing recreational amenities and sidewalks. Proposed improvements include installation of a new double tennis court, a volleyball court, shuffleboard, sidewalks, retaining walls, fencing, stairs, new dumpster enclosure, resurfacing of an existing court, asphalt paving, storm drainage, and erosion control.
