Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mexico Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Mexico Beach will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing: FWC FBIP Grant has funded the work to demo existing seawall, sidewalk, regrade and add 2 concrete ramps and I fixed/floating pier to the existing Mexico Beach boat ramp. Total project completion date for this project will be 100 days for Substantial Completion and 120 days for Final Completion from the date ofthe Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $100.00 per day. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation ofcontractors doing business to the State of Florida. The City of Mexico Beach is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
