The scope of this project is to connect 4', 5'and 6' wide partial sidewalks while bringing the existing portions of the sidewalks into ADA compliance. The efforts associated with this project include, but are not limited to, excavation, removal/replacement of existing landscaping, site grading, installation of form work, concrete work, and sodding. All work shall be in accordance with the general notes, and specifications included as part of this project manual. The contractor shall bid this project according to the constraints of the general notes, and specifications. No late submittals will be accepted. Multiple submittals (or pricing) from the same entity will not be accepted. Immediately afterward those submittals received will be opened and publicly read. Interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount for a period of sixty (60) days.
