Escambia County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the demolition of existing single-family dwelling, and construction of new single-family dwelling per attached plans and written specifications. Project Address: 1403 Heinrich St Pensacola, Fl 32507 1. Demolish existing single-story single-family residences completely including all concrete footers and piers. All debris to be removed from site and disposed in accordance with local regulations. 2. Remove utility connections to a point of reconnection for new residence (gas, electrical and water). 3. Remove only trees as required to construct the new dwelling. SEPTIC TANK: Abandon existing septic tank per Florida Health Department regulations and install new septic system per included Health Department Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal System Specifications. EROSION CONTROL: Provide erosion control on the site during reconstruction as required to include silt fencing, mulch, and/or other approved methods. GRADING: Final grading should slope away from the house to prevent water from standing. Contractor will not leave any ruts or holes on the property at project completion. Backfill should be clean of rocks and any debris. LANDSCAPING: 1. Trim trees overhanging new single-family residence. 2. Slope grade away from house and install 4 pallets of Centipede sod in front, sides and back yard. 3.
