Public notice is hereby given that the PORT of Everett has issued a Request for Bids for the above-named project, with sealed bids due no later than the date and time given above. The Fisherman's Harbor Fire Damage Repairs project will repair Port infrastructure damaged due to a private property fire located adjacent to the property. Work includes but is not limited to: o Demolition and replacement of concrete sidewalks o Replacement of underground electrical wiring for light poles and bollard lights on Seiner Drive o Installation of Owner furnished street light poles o Landscaping improvements with new mulch, shrubs, plants, and trees along Seiner Drive, 14th Street, and West Marine View Drive o Replacement of irrigation lines and spray heads (as necessary) ESTIMATED COST: $650,000.00-$900,000.00 (Incl. WSST) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Requests for interpretation or reports of ambiguities shall be made in writing and posted on the Q&A section of Bonfire at least seven days before the Bid submittal deadline. Clarifications, interpretations, or supplemental instructions which change the scope of Work and or schedule described in the contract documents, will be issued only in the form of written addenda by the PORT of Everett. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents and any subsequently awarded Contract.
