Site work for a water / sewer project in Itasca, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Itasca does hereby invite sealed bids for Water Meter and AMR/AMI Program. All Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid guarantee consisting of a bank cashier's check, bank draft, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid as provided for under terms of said Instructions for Bidders and Specifications. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions for Bidders. The Village of Itasca reserves the right to reject all Bids if it has documented sound business reasons. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible Bidder. The Village of Itasca seeks a formal bid from a Contractor for the purchase and installation of approximately 2718 Water Meters, a fixed based automatic reading network, and a system software application. The work includes procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support. All constraints/limitations associated thereto will be the responsibility of the contractor to deliver a "turnkey" system within the awarded contract price and approved installation time frame.
