The Village ofItasca does hereby invite sealed bids for the Water Tower Fencing Program. Specifications are available by request only by calling Itasca Public Works as 630-773-2455 All Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid guarantee consisting of a bank cashier's check, bank draft, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid as provided for under terms of said Instructions for Bidders and Specifications. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions for Bidders. The Village of Itasca reserves the right to reject all Bids if it has documented sound business reasons. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible Bidder.
