For Fire Alarm Installation Services at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility (RJD) This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Fire Alarm System Installation (FAS) services for the Statewide Medication Distribution Project (SWMD). The incentive is subject to a minimum of one percent (1%) and a maximum of five percent (5%) and will not exceed $500,000. Bidders with DVBE participation of less than the required percentage listed in the solicitation will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from any further participation. 3. The Small Business Preference (five percent (5%) up to $50,000) may be combined with the DVBE incentive but will not exceed a combined total of $500,000. 4. The DVBE incentive is computed from the lowest responsive and responsible bid price.
