All questions must be e-mailed to Penny Owens at powens@knoxvilletn.gov The City of Knoxville seeks statements of qualifications from responsible and qualified firms or teams to provide professional services and design all aspects of streetscapes along E Jackson Avenue, Central Street, and Willow Avenue in the Old City. The intent of this project is to match and extend the recently completed streetscapes on Jackson Avenue, west of Central Street. The City of Knoxville, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm or team of firms to provide design services and additional related technical services for the Old City Streetscape Improvements Projects. Evaluation proceedings will be conducted within the established guidelines regarding equal employment opportunity and nondiscriminatory action based upon the grounds of race, color, sex, creed or national origin. Interested certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms as well as other minority-owned and women-owned firms are encouraged to respond to all advertisements by City of Knoxville. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
