The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the collection and disposal of surface debris from assigned work zones. The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $250,000. The maximum value of a call-up is $50,000. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $150,000 at any time during the Standing Offer. The total potential value of this SOA is $400,000 for a total potential term of three (3) years. The work must reach Completion no later than 730 calendar days after notification of contract award.
