Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lambton Shores, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The scope of work within this requirement is to provide all labour, materials and equipment to complete the Repair and Reshingle of the Forest Salt Dome, 6958 Townsend Line, Forest, Ontario. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all existing shingles, flashings and metal cap. The contractor shall install the new shingles under the existing step flashing The contractor shall supply and install a new 24 gauge (pre-painted) cap to replace existing (dome cap to be fastened using colour matched metal roofing screws with washers every 4" around perimeter of cap) (to be part of the base bid lump sum pricing on the form of tender).
