Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Fort Lee, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,600-square-foot retail development; for site work for a military facility; for the demolition of a retail development; and retail development.
This project will provide Construction service for a 2600 SF Dining Room Expansion at Ft. Lee, Virginia. This project provides all work required for an addition to the dining area of the Exchange Food Court. You are encouraged to carefully review the entire solicitation package. A site visit is not required before submitting a proposal; however if you would like to visit the site you must contact Eric Desveaux, General Manager of the Ft. Lee Exchange, at telephone number (804) 861-4329 or via email at desveaux@aafes.com. Please pay particular attention to sections 3.A.61.d and 3.C in the Agreement Document which cover minority and female participation goals established for federally involved and non-federally involved construction work. Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to Nikisha Knowlton at knowltonn@aafes.com no later than COB on 01/23/2023.
