This project will provide Construction service for a 2600 SF Dining Room Expansion at Ft. Lee, Virginia. This project provides all work required for an addition to the dining area of the Exchange Food Court. You are encouraged to carefully review the entire solicitation package. A site visit is not required before submitting a proposal; however if you would like to visit the site you must contact Eric Desveaux, General Manager of the Ft. Lee Exchange, at telephone number (804) 861-4329 or via email at desveaux@aafes.com. Please pay particular attention to sections 3.A.61.d and 3.C in the Agreement Document which cover minority and female participation goals established for federally involved and non-federally involved construction work.
