Demolition, new construction, renovation and addition to a retail development in Fort Lee, Virginia. Working plans call for the addition of a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade retail development; for the demolition of a retail development; for the construction of a retail development; and for the renovation of a retail development.

Scope: The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all operations required to upgrade designated interior finishes at Walk-in Cooler, demolish Cooperage and provide new finishes at Walk-in Cooler and construct a new Merchandise Processing Area (MPA) Addition, all in accordance with these specifications, applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This Contract is to provide Construction service for Ordinance Troop Store MPA Expansion. This project will replace existing exterior walk-in cooler glass doors and merchandise racks. You are encouraged to carefully review the entire solicitation package.
