Site work for a civil project in Easttown Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 22, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Project generally consists of the installation of approximately 6,805 feet of 14 HDPE sanitary force main, replacement of 217 feet of 8 ACP gravity pipe with SDR-35 piping, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: General Construction Owner:Easttown Municipal Authority 566 Beaumont Road Devon, PA 19333 Engineer: David T. Kee, P.E. ARRO Consulting, Inc. 321 N. Furnace Street, Ste 200 Birdsboro, PA 19508 Susan Lockhart, PE Brown and Caldwell, Inc. Two Radnor Corporate Center 100 Matsonford Road, Suite 250 Radnor, PA 19087 Project Location EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PA Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on January 31, 2023; All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The EASTTOWN MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
