Deadline for Questions: Monday, January 30, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Email questions to David Klages, Purchasing Analyst, at dklages@coj.net. The work covered by these plans and specifications consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment; and performing all operations necessary to install traffic signals and associated equipment at Baymeadows Road East at and near the intersections of Stonebridge Village and Hampton Park Boulevard and surrounding area as identified in the contract documents. The work includes, but is not limited to, mast arms, traffic signals, pedestrian poles, fiber optic cable, electrical cable, ITS poles and devices, ADA curb ramps, pavement markings, and all other devices and components shown in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. All bidders must be pre-approved by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) under the Traffic Signal work classification at the time of bid opening.
