For 2023 Maintenance Improvement Program, HMA Milling, Resurfacing, and Widening The City of Covington, Indiana will receive bids for the 2022 Maintenance Improvement Program, HMA Milling, Resurfacing, and Widening Roadway Maintenance Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule and Specifications. The work shall consist of asphalt milling, hot mix asphalt resurfacing and hot mix asphalt widening for various streets and all other work necessary for roadway restoration and as included in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for the 2023 Maintenance Improvement Program, HMA Milling, Resurfacing, and Widening of Roads in Covington, Indiana contract documents. If emailing the bid documents, all supporting bonds and/or checks shall be mailed to 329 Washington St, Covington, IN 47932 c/o Mayor Brad Crain by Monday, January 16th, 2023. The Proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of the cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Covington, Indiana.
