For Roof Replacement Project Including Safety Anchors and Miscellaneous HVAC The Virginia Housing & Redevelopment Authority will accept separate bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Roof Replacement Project Including Safety Anchors & Miscellaneous HVAC including all associated work required to install / repair same It is the Housing and Redevelopment Authority's intention to award a single prime contract to the lowest bid for the project listed above, based on available funding. The projects construction start is anticipated to be in late Spring 2023. It is the Bidder's responsibility to inquire as to the addenda issued A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Virginia Housing & Redevelopment Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder(s) and an acceptable surety, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid No less than minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project (Davis- Bacon).
