The Port of Clarkston is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms for cultural assessment services, specifically monitoring, in connection with the Ports Grantham Elementary Service Area Fiber-to-the-Home project in Clarkston, WA. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFP. Rejection of bids may occur if a bidder is not responsible or responsive or has a conflict of interest. All firms must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business and must not be debarred or suspended. The Port of Clarkston is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. This project is partially funded through the Washington Department of Commerce with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury ARPA Capital Projects Fund.
