Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,000-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

This is the second phase (Phase 2) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase 2) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Parks Canada Agency (PCA) intends to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor (GC) for the construction of a new visitor, learning, and community centre in Rouge National Urban Park (RNUP), located in Toronto, Ontario. The project location is a former overflow parking lot of the Toronto Zoo, on the east side of Meadowvale Road, at 25 Zoo Rd, Scarborough, ON M1B 5W8. The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 95 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Zobia Essa using the Event Messages function within SAP Ariba or alternatively by Email: zobia.essa@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca or Telephone: 416-708-2604. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
