Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Wellesley Island, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

Proposals submitted with "Assumptions" will not be accepted. Technical questions must be emailed to the Contract Specialist on the provided Request for Information (RFI) Form no later than Jan 6, 2022; 3:00 p.m. Eastern. The subject line must read: RFI - 70Z08323RCLEV003 - Replace Transformer at Station Alexander Bay, U.S. Coast Guard Sector Buffalo, Station Alexandria Bay, Wellesley Island, NY - Vendor Name. The Government reserves the right to not respond to RFIs Remove & replace the existing USCG owned transformer UE4 behind the BM Shop and remove and return the borrowed transformer UE3 on the East side of the Station Building (OM1) back to NYTRIC Electrical Contractors, LLC. This task will also include the delivery of the borrowed transformer UE3, disposal of UE4 transformer and disposal of contaminated soils being stored on site from the previous installation of the temporary (borrowed) transformer, and any contaminated soils found during the demolition and installation processes.
