Base Scope: Asphalt Tennis Court Renovations Contractor to furnish all labor and materials necessary to mill existing tennis courts asphalt section to depth of existing stone base, which is to remain. Contractor is also responsible for demolition of fence, gates and sidewalk. Contractor is responsible for overlaying existing stone base with new asphalt and work associated with the installation of additional asphalt for 5th tennis court including all fence, gates, net posts, and walks as shown on the plans. Contractor is responsible to patch, repair and restore the site to preproject conditions. Contractor is responsible for the relocation and installation of the light poles and associated electric work. Contractor shall obtain all permits and inspections as required by state and local regulations, including providing any necessary stamped and sealed drawings required by authorities having jurisdiction.
